Things to do:
1) Name baby
2) Paint nursery green
3) Assemble crib we got from Griz & Gramz (you guys rock!)
4) Register for stuff
5) Repaint nursery after Michelle decides green is out, beige is in
6) Have shower
7) Rename baby
8) Return stuff we shouldn't have registered for and get stuff we didn't know to register for
9) Repaint nursery, beige is out, chocolate brown is in
10) Have baby
11) Rename baby when it doesn't "look" like name we picked
12) Return stuff we thought would fit for stuff that actually fits the baby
13) Have baby help tape off nursery so we can paint it green.
14) Teach baby to make our decisions for us

ha! nice list. congratulations to you and michelle on the upcoming baby boy! let me know if you want any recommendations on low- or no-volatile organic compound paint options for the nursery... (i work as a "green building" consultant for a living and would gladly give you any free advice on making your nursery and/or home have a safe level of indoor air quality, if you'd like.)
dagen, i will not be as useful as the previous commenter in terms of what I can provide for a healthy baby, but I can give you guys a pretty good congratulations!
